He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Hasty and John Eva Hasty; his sister Rosalind Smith (Phil); the mother of his children Sue Hasty; and his grandchildren, Ryan Hasty and Meghan Hasty.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Hasty (Kelly), Richard Hasty (Mindy) and Robyn Flanagan (Joe); his grandchildren, Jarrod Hasty, Brooke Hess and Mark Hess; and his brother Jack Hasty (Kay). He is also survived by his nephews and their families, great-grand children.
