He is survived by: his children, Laura Church (Chandler), David Ackley (late Tammy Ackley) and Carolyn Philhower-White; his grandchildren, Dirk, Jason, Erin, Lauren, Christopher and Corbin; his great grandchildren, Connor, Charlie, Maggie, Winifred, Sammi, Ben and Perrin; and his sister Lena Fraizer (late John Fraizer).
