He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie Bowlin; and his siblings, Bob, Martin, Chris and Susan Glover.
He is survived by: his father John Bowlin; his wife Sheryll; his daughter Amanda "Mandi" LaSeur; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Lucas and Emmy; his sisters, Patricia Delamarter (Philip), Becky McNay (Butch) and Kay Gehring (Paul); and his sister-in-law Darrelene Dotson (Rick). He is also survived by nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations to be made to Hospice of Dayton, honoring David's spirit of compassion and love for others.
