He was predeceased by: his father Howard Lee Daulton; his sister Gwendolyn; and his sister-in-law Barbara Mygrant. He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann Daulton (Mygrant); his daughters, Emma, Karlee and Leah; his mother Nelva Ann Daulton (Mayfield); his sister Anita Lupp (David); his niece Elizabeth Crutcher (William); his great-nephew William; his great-nieces, Lucy, Lillian and Charlotte; and his brother-in-law Rick Mygrant. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
