He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin and Catherine; and his former wife Sue Ella Mowry. He is survived by: his former wife Eileene Oezer; his daughter Kimberly Mowry of Bradenton, FL; his wife Susan James; his children, Cynthia Amaya (Mario) of Middletown, OH, Thomas Retallick (Tina) of Lorain, OH and Robert Retallick (Stephanie) of Harrodsburg, KY.; his siblings, Stan Mowry (Janet), Dean Mowry (Beth) and Phyllis Everstine (Ed); Heidi Landis of Montgomery, OH and Eric Landis of Sharonville, OH. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Warren County 4H or Lebanon Presbyterian Church.
