He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Mae Smith; his parents, Nathan Jr. Smith and Venna Smith; and his brothers, David Smith, Ernist Smith, Cleon Smith and Michael Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Adam Smith (Heather) and Jacob Smith; his grandchildren, Abby, Austin and Chase; and his brother Robert Smith of Hillsboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hospice of Cincinnati Blue Ash Inpatient Care Center.
