Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ellen leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Perry and Mattie Logan Walters; her husband Rufus Collins; and her brother William David Walters. She is survived by: her children, Keith Collins and Carol Heil (Mark); her granddaughters, Lily Collins and Megan Heil; and her great grandchildren, Clover Ayla and Elowyn Rue. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stine Funeral Home of Lebanon (801 Monroe Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
