He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Doughman (Steven) of Lebanon, Kristie Jameson (Michael) of Lebanon and Tina Fornshell of Lebanon; the mother of his children Sue Fornshell-Lawrey; his siblings, Duane, Dale (Valerie), Paul (Cheryl), Gerald Fornshell (Pam), Zula Fairchild (William) and Marcella Coffman (Roger); his grandchildren, Brittany Carlo, Joseph Essig, Branden Fornshell, Madelline Jameson and Victoria Jameson; and his great grandchildren, Aspen of Gianni, T. J. and Julian.
