He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore McIntosh and Mattie McIntosh (Rowland); his wife Barbara J. McIntosh; his son Gary McIntosh; and his siblings, Wayne McIntosh, Betty Henry, Mitchell McIntosh and Alma Eby.
He is survived by: his children, Rita Blizzard (Mike), Ray McIntosh (Beth) and Dan McIntosh (Joni); his daughter-in-law Gloria McIntosh; his brother Rex McIntosh (Bev); and his sister-in-law Beverly Baker. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spaulding Funeral Home & Crematory (3805 Roosevelt Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
