He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson and Esther; his wife Patricia Grimm; his daughter Tonya Sue Grimm; and his siblings, Max, Nelson Jr., Ned, AJ Grimm and Caroline Grimm.
He is survived by: his children, Rochelle Burch and Herb Frederick Grimm, Jr.; his stepdaughter Denise Lacy; and his siblings, Rex Grimm, Carl Ray Grimm, Paul Grimm and Donna Ritchie. He is also survived by four grandchildren five great-grandchildren and many step grandchildren.
