He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Lou Forrer; and his sister Virginia Jacobson. He is survived by: his children, Le Anne Conway (Dave) and Christian Forrer (Kristy); his sister Sonya Noyes; and his grandchildren, Megan Lipsey (James), Hana Herron (Sean), Nathan Conway (Mat), Carleigh Kane (Zach), Kennady Forrer and Chase Forrer. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.

Memorials are requested to either the Warren County Human Society or to Hospice of Cincinnati.
