With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ikie Gilbert of Lebanon, Ohio, born in Jackson, Kentucky, who passed away on May 6, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Gilbert and Dora Gilbert (Johnson); and his siblings, Arlie, Willis, Noah Jr., Eugene, Lonzo, Hazel Helton and Elvira Bearden.

He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Gilbert; his children, Tina Lee, Thomisa Murphy (Gary), Ike Jr., Phil Gilbert (Becky) and Ashley McClain (Rocky); his grandchildren, Jonathan Campbell, Micheal Murphy, Austin Murphy, Amelia Baldwin, Jacob Gilbert, Ethan Gilbert, John McClain, Madison McClain and Declan McClain; his great grandchildren, John Lucian Murphy, Henry Murphy and Scarlet Baldwin; his sisters, Ida Lamb and Judy Butler; and his close friends, Karen Molter and Dawn Blevins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
