She was predeceased by: her significant other Donald Chester Taylor; her daughter Shelia Lynn Grisham; her parents, Effie Marie Amburgy (Spencer) and Cuba Lee Amburgy; and her siblings, Russell, Willard, Earl, Virgil Amburgy, Jean Souther, Eula Dare, Sue Johnson, Rose Bailey and Ona Shaw.

She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Nahrup (Jeff) of Wilmington, OH; her son-in-law Larry Grisham of Cleveland, TN; her grandchildren, Heath Grisham (Kristen) of Cleveland, TN, Dustin Louderback (Renee) of Austin, TX, Seth Grisham of Austin, TX and Lacee Mooney (Tim) of Austin, TX; her siblings, Linda Grooms (John) and Bob Amburgy (Mona); and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Amburgy and Therman Bailey. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lebanon New Freedom Church or Hospice of Middletown in Ina Taylor's honor.
