He was predeceased by: his brothers, Carston and Kenneth Frank; his grandfather Kevin Bailey; and his uncles, Richard Williams and Judd Brown.
He is survived by: his parents, James Andrew "Andy" and Heather Frank; his sister Charlee Frank; his grandparents, Bob, Deborah Cox, Diedre Fiehrer, Don Frank and Hicks; his great-grandparents, Virginia Bailey and MaryAnn Frank; his aunts and uncles, Jeremy Bailey, Jessica Bailey, Lisa Bailey, Jason Frank and Jenny Frank; and his cousins, Kassidi Bailey, Ashlyn Bailey, Chelsea Brown, Kira Frank, Jason Frank, Jr., Savannah Willsey, Jordan Hill and Emma Russell. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Stine Funeral Home of Lebanon (801 Monroe Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
