He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen and Lola; and his siblings, Edgar Paul Howard, Bruce Wade Howard, Roy Woodard Howard, Homer Gene Howard, Rena Delores Holbrook, Virginia Bernice Dyer and Jessie Marie Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his sisters-in-law, Jan Hollingsworth and Ruth Howard; and his stepson Kevin Conner (Jo). He is also survived by two granddaughters, one grandson, five great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
