He is survived by: his children, James Oligee Jr. (Rita), Shari Ballard (Mike) and Stuart Oligee (Susan Cropper); and his brother Charles. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
