He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Butler and Ethel Butler; his wife Betty Butler; his siblings, Elmer, James, Eugene, Edward, Charles Butler and Virginia Lawrence; and his son-in-law Rex Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Dwight Butler (Carol) and Cheryl Johnson; his siblings, Leonard Butler and Elsie Tarter; his grandchildren, Richard, Hillary, Jeremy and Kari; and his great grandchildren, Roxy and Ruby. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
