He is survived by: his wife Donna Nelson; his children, Ahna Nichols (Joe), Alicia Cummings (Robert) and JJ Nelson (Sarah); his stepchildren, Brooke Ellis (Kenny) and Justin Thompson (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Aria Nichols, Thomas, Winston Cummings, Rawlin, Hannah Nelson, Chase, Haley Ellis, Eve and Renee Thompson.
