She is survived by: her children, Melissa Blackwell, Carolyn Hoover and Kim Scott; her siblings, Ella Seals, Berl Williams and Sherman Williams; and her granddaughters, Kena Hoover and Brooke Blackwell. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stine Funeral Home of Lebanon (801 Monroe Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Turtlecreek Cemetery N. (2605 OH-48, Lebanon, OH 45036).
