She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Benjamin and Florence; her husband Ward Steward; her siblings, Paul Robinson and Jeanette Rupert; and her children, Michael Steward (Betty) of Canal Fulton, OH, Mary Messer (Ronald) of Lebanon, OH and Malinda Oakes (Galen) of Massillon, OH. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
