He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Mary; his wife Kathy; and his brothers, Ronald and Mark Henry.
He is survived by: his son Travis Henry (Jessica) of Oregonia; his sisters, Barbara Combs (Ron) of Hunter, OH and Kathy Henry of Hyden, KY; and his grandchildren, Keaton Henry, Haydn Henry, Suzannah Henry and Meeka Henry.
