He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene and Lucile; and his sister Carol Gay. He is survived by: his wife Janette; his children, Mark, Brad Scheler, Kathy Gilbert (John) and Karen Sobieray (Michael); his stepdaughters, Kim Coyne, Kaye Coffman (John) and Karol Aylor (Jeff); and his sister Jan Bowman. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
