She was predeceased by: her parents, Corbett and Ruth; her husband Allen Hamilton; her children, Nathaniel Hamilton and Glenda Hydenburger; her children-in-law, Dennis Ruth and Darlene Hamilton; and her siblings, Corbett Davis, Jr., Billie Dunaway, Geraldine Kidd, Teresa Damrell, Genetta Johnson, Geneva Vanderpool and Imogene Tibbs.
She is survived by: her children, Viola Fay Ruth, Connie Hamilton, Sandy Boyd, Jackie Hamilton and Anthony Gene Hamilton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
