She was predeceased by: her husband William Austin Kuskowski; her parents, John Haynes and Alpha Haynes; and her stepsons, Greg, Bill and Paul Kuskowski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teri Ann Anderson, Brenda Kahn and Ronda Chaffin; and her stepchildren, Tim Kuskowski (Kelly) and Cindy Paugh. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phoebe's honor to St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church (300 S Tarver Ave, Lebanon, TN 37087).
