She is survived by: her husband Ralph Brackney; her daughters, Robin Sanford (Chris) and Pamela Bottles (Doug); her sister Hazel Moore; her grandchildren, TJ Sanford, Trent Sanford (Jillian), Cody Coffman, Cole Coffman (Taylor), Brittany Ferrell (Luke) and Kirsten Bottles; and her great grandchildren, Madisyn, Ryann and Emerson. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association in Phyllis' memory.
