He is survived by : his parents, Thomas and Ruby; his wife Michelle; his children, Michael Kemplin (Amanda) of Carlisle, Richard Ewen (Talitha) of Franklin, Timothy Sears (Sarah) of Franklin and Victoria Wilson (Chad) of Franklin; and his brothers, Edward Ewen (Karen) and David Ewen (Sandy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home (329 E Mulberry St, Lebanon, OH 45036).
