He is survived by: his mother Helen Runyon (Carver) of Sabina, Ohio.; his wife Sheila May Runyon (Duggins); his children, Tasha Kerns (Robert), Justin Gavet of Rushsylvania, OH, Paige Runyon and Kayla Seip (Ethan); his grandchildren, Davian, Nicholas, Sahvana, Alexander, Aiden, Blayke, Merideth and Hunter; his sisters, Lynda Ward (Randy) and Sue Patterson; and his mother-in-law Christina Duggins of Wilmington, OH..
