He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Mullins and Mae Mullins; and his siblings, Glenn Mullins and Thelma Jean Dinsmore. He is survived by: his wife Betty Mullins; his son Robert W. "Wayne" Mullins (Michelle); and his sisters, Anna Lee Mullins (Dwight) and Fearl Pennington (Darrell). He is also survived by many other family members, friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stine Funeral Home of Lebanon (801 Monroe Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family appreciates memorial donations in lieu of flowers that are directed to Ohio's Hospice or Midwestern Children's Home.
