He is survived by: his parents, Robert Franks and Kaye Franks Sr. (Seely); his wife Mary Beth; his daughter Kayla Franks of Apple Creek; his stepdaughters, Ashley Breden (Ricky) of Navarre and Bretanya Francis (Thomas) of North Lawrence; and his brother Robert Franks Jr. of Smithville. He is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren; 4 step-great grandchildren.
