He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell B Williams and Isa Williams; and his siblings, Gary Williams and Brenda Asbury. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Williams; his daughters, Kim Stiver (Kris) and Angie Garner (Adam); his grandchildren, Keith Fugate, Kristen Fugate, Jennifer Real, Jessica Real, Emily Garner and Natalie Garner; and his great grandchild Avery Fugate.
