He was predeceased by : his parents, Hansel Perry and Margaret Perry; his brother Russell Clark Sr.; and his brother-in-law Howard "Junior" Wheelen. He is survived by : his children, Starley "Buster" Perry Jr. (Amanda) and Mary McGowan (Douglas); his grandson Mason Perry; and his sisters, Esther Wheelen and Dolores Shaffer.
