We announce the death of Stephen R. Beason of Lebanon, Ohio, who passed away on May 29, 2026, at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Robert and Betty Lou Beason; his sons, Justin Robert Beason and Nicholas Stephen Beason; his brother James Beason; and his brothers-in-law, Dr. Alan Gunn and John Stigliani.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Beason; his daughter Mandy Renee Copeland (Paul) of Beavercreek; his grandsons, Cody Paul and Luke Justin Max Copeland; his sister Cindy Brown; his siblings-in-law, Mary Gunn and Joseph Stigliani; his aunts, Rebecca Beason and Ruth Beason; and his uncle Ronald Beason. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Justin R. and Nicholas S. Scholarship Fund at Wright State University.
