Stephen left this world on November 3, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Stephen and Dortha Lou (Griswold); his wife Suzette M.; and his siblings, Gordon E Musser, Linda K Paxton and Michael Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, Shane Lowe (Donna) and Erin Domoe; and his grandchildren, Alexander Wood, Reid Lowe, Anna Lowe, Jacob Lowe, Ella Domoe and Piper Domoe. He is also survived by his parents and siblings along with his grandparents.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home (329 E Mulberry St, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers are requested to Hospice of Cincinnati.
