He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Stephen and Dortha Lou (Griswold); his wife Suzette M.; and his siblings, Gordon E Musser, Linda K Paxton and Michael Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, Shane Lowe (Donna) and Erin Domoe; and his grandchildren, Alexander Wood, Reid Lowe, Anna Lowe, Jacob Lowe, Ella Domoe and Piper Domoe. He is also survived by his parents and siblings along with his grandparents.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers are requested to Hospice of Cincinnati.
