With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Lynn Paugh of Lebanon, Ohio, who passed away on March 29, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Opichka and Patricia Hartman Opichka; and her brother Mark Opichka. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Carrie Connor (Joe) and Lesley Tomes (Drew); and her granddaughters, Haley and Leah Tomes. She is also survived by family members and friends.
