He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Cooke and Mary Cooke; and his grandson Seth Gerald Hagood. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cooke (Dressler); his children, Amy Cooke, Julie Fornshell (Terry) and Randy Cooke (Lani); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Poff, Brooke Lewis (Sam), Hunter Fornshell (Danielle), Camryn Cooke and Avery Cooke. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
