He is survived by: his sons, Terry Beam (Carrie), Bryan Beam and Thomas Beam Jr. (Angela); his grandchildren, Bethany Hornburger, Lyndsey Hamlin, Sarah Beam, DJ Beam, Ashton Beam and Alyssa Beam; his great grandchildren, Ronnie, Jack and Lucy; and his sisters, Jerry Helfer and Faith Lawrence (Lenny). He is also survived by his three sons and his grandchildren.
