He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Betty Lewis; and his nephew Aaron Adams. He is survived by: his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jamie Traud (Bryan), Travis Lewis (Amy), Emily Bussell (David), Cary Tibbs, Bud Lewis, Michael Lewis (Nichole) and Blair Osborne (Rhett); and his siblings, Penny Adams (Ronnie), Terry Lewis (Kim) and Kenny Lewis (Young Me). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and many other family members, friends and neighbors.
