With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victor R. Tuning (Lebanon, Ohio), who passed away on March 16, 2018 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Richard Harmon Tuning and Dallas Mark Tuning. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Balsley (Joe) of Lebanon, Angela Pagette (Dan) of Wilmington, Ann Roy (Bill) of Hillsboro and John Barnthouse of Franklin; his wife Mary Tuning; and his sister Marcia Urtiaga of St. Augustine, FL. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren 16 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
