He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Eugene and Janet Wilma; his son Joshua Vaughn; and his sisters, Billie Vaughn, Carol Warrick and Donna Borque.

He is survived by : his children, Harold Vaughn (Crystal) of West Chester and Toni Wolfe (Ethan) of Lebanon; his siblings, Bob Vaughn (Patricia), Debbie Richardson and Mary Davis (Mike); and his grandchildren, William, Jasmine Wolfe, Dallas Pierce, Graysen Tucker and Wesley Vaughn.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oswald Hoskins Funeral Home (329 E Mulberry St, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home (329 E Mulberry St, Lebanon, OH 45036).
