Phillips; her children, Jeff Phillips of Leesburg, Patty Ross (Kim) of Leesburg and Kathy Sturgill (Ked) of Leesburg; her grandchildren, Bob Phillips (Jamie) of Greenfield, Neal Phillips (Danielle) of Hillsboro, Cory Phillips (Monica) of Leesburg, Melissa Phillips (Kyle Bowman) of Belfast, Misty Cox (Bob Hampton) of Leesburg, Tesla Howard (Tré) of Leesburg, Mallory Braley (C. J. Cramer) of Leesburg, Tasha Osborne (Chris Powell) of Leesburg and Dustin Sturgill (Jade) of West Union; and her brother Richard Smith (Rhonda) of Leesburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Turner Funeral Home (73 E Main St, Leesburg, OH 45135). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
