He is survived by: his children, Clyde Cook and Irene Davis (Matthew); his grandchildren, Tabatha Cundiff (Charles), Miranda Downing (Robbie) and Billy Cook; and his great grandchildren, Colton Brockman, Landon Brockman, Zoe-Jane Downing and Damien Cundiff. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
