He is survived by: his daughters, Regan Spurlock (Dylan Robinson) of Martinsville and Justice Evans (Josh) of Wilmington; his nieces and nephews, Hannah Spurlock (Matt Hansford), Kyle Spurlock, Caleb Spurlock (Hannah) and Tyler Spurlock; and his brothers, Rick Spurlock (Sherry) and Jimmy Spurlock.
