She was predeceased by: her father Eli James. She is survived by: her mother Hester Ellen Still (Woodrum); her children, Joseph A. Bethel, Jr. and Jolene Locke of Leesville; and her sisters, Violet Still of Smithfield, OH and Theresa Klinesmith of Mingo Junction. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great- grandchildren.
