He was predeceased by: his parents, James Swift and Katheryn Kunz Swift; and his siblings, Walter, Mike, Jim, Lillian Ramsey and Catherine Hagerty.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Troy Swift of Leetonia; his daughters, Joan Mason (Brian) of Michigan, Jean Fossum (Dave) and Jackie Ponzini (Dave) of California; and his sister Theresa Mudwilder of Texas. He is also survived by three grandsons; three granddaughters; four great granddaughters and he was soon to become a great great grandfather.
