He is survived by : his parents, Brian Keith Mills Sr. and Roxanne Kerr (Stokes) of Leetonia; his stepparents, Sue Mills (Kunkle) and Mike Kerr; his sisters, Paige Kerr of Leetonia, Alexandra Mills, Palestine and Danielle Gorby of Fairmont, WV; and his grandparents, Nancy Neff (Martin) and Larry Neff Sr. of Leetonia.
