She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Kyser and Freda Riesen Kyser; her husband Carl Francis "Corky" Welch; her daughter Karla Welch; and her brother Wilford Kyser.

She is survived by : her sons, Randy Welch of Boardman and Marlin Welch of Leetonia; and her siblings, Jean Kyser of Columbiana and Wilbur Kyser of Columbiana.
