She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Crooks and Nettie Crooks; her husband Jack of East Palestine; and her children, Jeanette and Joseph (Tammy).
She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Hoover (Vince) of Leetonia, Anita Lancaster (Earl) of Leetonia and Rosemarie Warner (Don) of Montgomery, TX; her grandchildren, Thomas Gillis (Nancy) of Lancaster, SC, Christopher Gillis (Barbara) of Lisbon, Lisa Gorby (Wesley), Renee Kacenski, Jennifer Frank (Mark), Megan Thornton (J. J.), Brendan Gillis, Kelsey Edwards (Dan), Mackenzie Warner and Sydney Warner; her great grandchildren, Amanda Wormsley (Chad), Sarah Custer, Aaron Kacenski, John Kacenski, Delaney Kacenski, Xander Thornton, Daxton Edwards, Deagan Edwards and Grace Marie Gorby; and her great great grandchildren, Axel Wolfson, Cato Wormsley, Cormier Wormsley, Freya Ross-Kacenski and Amari Ross-Kacenski.
