He is survived by : his parents, Ronald Schultz and Carol Gaither Schultz; his fiancée Sara Neal; his fiancée's children, Ashton and Jameson; his siblings, Kim Schultz (Ryan), Laura Hromiko (Greg) and Jeff Schultz (Nicole); and his nieces and nephews, Colton, Donovan, Anika, Hannah, Kyrah and McKenna.
