He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard T. McCullough and Emma Mae McCullough (Bilsky); and his siblings, Edward McCullough and Gayle McCullough. He is survived by: his nephew Jeremy (T. V.); and his siblings, Denise Mollenkopf, Sr. (Rick), Sherry Boso (Dean) and Jeffrey McCullough. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many friends.
