She was predeceased by : her parents, William Townsend and Cora Royce Townsend; her sons, Joseph A. Perry and Jeffrey A. Perry; and her sisters, Grace Brown, Lucille Perry and Thelma Andre.

She is survived by : her children, Rebecca S. Chuck (Doug) of Salem, Bernadette Mellinger of Leetonia, Robert F. Perry of Leetonia, Brian W. Perry (Michele) of Boardman and Randall P. Perry of Columbiana; her sister Cora Jean Briggs of Washingtonville; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Perry of Salem.

Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Mount Calvary Cemetery.
